Serenity Software Solutions, doing business as S3 Business Intelligence operates the S3 Business Intelligence platform at https://s3-bi.tech. Our principal place of business is in the State of Tennessee, United States. 2. Core policies

• Terms of Service / Commercial Trade Credit Agreement for Software, Digital Goods, and BI Services: /terms — commercial terms, Net-term Trade Credit Facility, acceptable use, liability, and Tennessee governing law.
• Privacy Policy: /privacy — how we collect, use, share, and retain account, billing, and platform data.
• Product marketing pages describe packages and pricing but do not modify the Terms unless incorporated in a signed order form.

3. Important commercial disclosures

S3 Business Intelligence is a commercial software and data platform. Net 30/60/90 terms are a Trade Credit Facility for Platform Services & Data Invoicing. Payment performance on those invoices may be furnished to commercial credit repositories under standard data-furnisher practices. S3 is not a consumer reporting agency, credit repair organization, lender, or bank. Outcomes at any repository are not guaranteed.

No bureau, consortium, syndicate, or agency is required to create or update a file, change a score, or approve funding.

• S3 provides business software and data infrastructure invoiced on commercial Net terms.
• S3 is not a bank, lender, money transmitter, consumer reporting agency, or credit repair organization.
• Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or credit advice to consumers or a guarantee of financing.

4. Tennessee governing law and venue

Unless a signed order form states otherwise, agreements for the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Dispute venue lies in the state and federal courts located in the State of Tennessee. See the Terms for informal resolution steps, jury-trial waiver (to the extent permitted), and related provisions.

5. Trade Credit Agreement acceptance

Organizations must confirm the Commercial Trade Credit Agreement for Software, Digital Goods, and BI Services in the dashboard before entitled modules unlock. Online acceptance is recorded with version metadata for your organization’s audit trail. The public Terms page hosts the current Agreement text for review before and after acceptance.

6. Intellectual property and complaints

All Platform branding, software, and documentation are owned by Serenity Software Solutions or its licensors. To report alleged intellectual-property infringement or other legal complaints related to the site, email contact@s3-bi.tech with sufficient detail for us to investigate (URLs, description, and your contact information).
